Lidah Kucing / Cat's Tongue / Kattetongen

This is one of those cookies that I used to have as a child. It reminds me of my grandmother. Growing up in Ambon (East of Indonesia), Dutch influence was (still is) apparent in our culture.

Lidah Kucing is very popular during Christmas Day, Chinese New Year or Idul Fitri in Indonesia.
